Refund policy

Returns
We offer a 30-day return window starting on the day your order is delivered. To begin a return, contact us at jrocketsandmore@gmail.com.

Once your return is approved, the item must be shipped back within 14 days. Returns that are not shipped within this timeframe may be cancelled. Upon approval of the return, a shipping label will be sent to the email on file, please notify us once your return is in the mail. Refunds can only be issued for items that are returned to us.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and reach out immediately if something is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original product and place a new order once the return is approved.

Refunds
We’ll issue a refund after we receive and inspect your returned item. If approved, the refund will be sent to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times vary by bank or card issuer.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval email and you haven’t received funds, please contact us.
