Its good storage for 5-packs, however, I have plenty of storage for my 5-packs and wanted storage for my 10-packs. I have the following 10-packs that I wanted this item for: feather, parker, wilkinson, dorco, treet, and derby extra. None of these 10 packs fit this item, advertised to fit for 10-packs. I still gave it 3 stars because it is nice storage for 5-packs and has a nice sparkly cover.

I'm updating this review from 3 to 5 stars because of the outstanding customer service in making this right. I was refunded the full amount paid and when I told Jim to not bother with the refund because I didn't want the hassle of returning it, he said he wanted me to keep it which I will because the quality is high, and an excellent box for 5-packs. note: I was NOT asked to adjust this review.
